教师非正式学习:意义、形式及其促进策略

摘要(Abstract):
教师非正式学习是教师在正规培训之外所进行的所有学习活动。教师非正式学习是教师专业发展的重要方面;有助于填补正式学习的缺口;有助于拓展教师学习的资源。教师非正式学习主要有"由教师个人发起的非正式学习"和"由人际互动促成的非正式学习"两种形式。要促进教师非正式学习,就必须激发教师的学习动机;为教师非正式学习提供学习时间、空间的保证;赋权于教师;建设合作信任的教师文化。
